<br /> and a list of discrepancies in the structures located
<br /> thereon. That the Committee found that each oi the herein-
<br /> after listed structures was in such state of deterioration
<br /> and dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life
<br /> and property, and that each of said buildings was
<br /> dilapidated and dangerous to life and property and dangerous
<br /> structures to life and property. That the owners of the
<br /> propert_y appeared before the CoLnmittee and requested time to
<br /> repair the structures or the Committee found that the
<br /> structures could be repaired. That it was the recommenda-
<br /> tion of the Committee that the structures be condemned or
<br /> repaired and that the respective owners thereof be given the
<br /> time to abate said nuisance by repair or removal as is set
<br /> out in connection with each of such addresses, as follows:
<br /> 1830 Fitzhugh, Lot 11, Block A, East 90 days

<br /> 720 Tudor, Lot 9, Block 63 60 days
<br /> 622-627 N.E. 14th, Lots 6-7, Block 3,
<br /> Hicks First Addition 90 days
<br /> and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard
<br /> Inspection Committee filed with the City Clerk of the City
<br /> of Paris on the 30th day of September, 1986; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has fully heard and con-
<br /> sidered the testimony presented upon the hearing and a
<br /> complete transcript ot the testimony reported by the
<br /> Building Hazard Inspection Committee; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS:

<br /> are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in
<br /> that they are dangerous to life and property, and that the
<br /> same cor_stitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that
<br /> the respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such
<br /> nuisance within thirty (30) days from the date hereof. The
<br /> City Clerk is directed to furnish the owners a copy of this
<br /> ordinance, in the event the addresses of said owners are
<br /> known, and in the event the respective owners ref_use to
<br /> comply with this ordinance, the City Attorriey, T. K. Haynes,
<br /> is hereby directed to proceed to enforce this ordinance by
<br /> the procedure provided form in Article III of Chapter 7 of
<br /> the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris.
<br /> Section 2, That the structures hereinafter
<br /> enumerated are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a
<br /> nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life and property,
