<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 86-045 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> COMNiERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOTS 10-A AND 12, CITY BLOCK 315, <br /> ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DAVID GLASS, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL <br /> DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTP.ICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on LOTS 10-A AND 12, CITY BLOCK 315, on <br /> property belonging to DAVID GLASS, so as to include in such <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described property, <br /> which was formerly and is presently designated as an <br /> AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same are hereby <br /> established as ilollows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being Being a part of the Joseph Leach <br /> Survey, Abstract No. 524 and the Joseph Moore <br /> Survey, Abstract No. 571 and more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary <br /> Line of U. S. Highway No. 82, said point being the <br /> Northeast corner of a 0.574 acre tract of land <br /> conveyed to Paul Horne and Dorothy F. Horne, <br /> recorded in Volume 671, Page 39, Deed Records of <br /> Lamar County, Texas; <br /> THENCE S 89° 51' E along the South Boundary <br /> Line of U. S. Highway No. 82, 1,824.7 feet to a <br /> concrete marker, the beginning of a curve to the <br /> left having a radius of 2924.79 feet; <br /> THENCE in a Northeasterly direction along <br /> said curve to the left having a long chord bearing <br /> North 87 Degrees 44 Minutes East a distance of <br /> .247.0 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE South 66 Degrees 53 Minutes East a <br /> distance of 112.2 feet to a fence post for corner; <br /> THENCE South 0 Degrees 27 Minutes East a <br /> distance of 315.34 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE North 89 Degrees 51 Minutes West a <br /> distance of 1,339.66 feet to an iron pin for <br /> corner; <br /> THENCE N 89° 50' W a distance of 107.21 feet <br /> to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE S 0° 09' W a distance of 259.8 feet to <br /> an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE N 89° 09' W a distance of 816.95 feet <br /> to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE N 1° 13' W a distance of 350 feet to <br /> an iron pin, the Southwest corner of said 0.574 <br /> acre tract; <br /> THENCE S 89° 51' E a distance of 100 feet to <br /> an iron pin, the Southeast corner of said 0.574 <br /> acre tract; <br /> THENCE N 1° 13' W a distance of 250 feet to <br /> the place of beginning and containing 22.13 acres <br /> more or less. <br />
