<br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY OF PARIS HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />CITY HALL WEST ANNEX <br />CONFERENCE ROOM <br />150 1ST STREET S.E. <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />MONDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2005 <br />4:00 0'CLOCK P.M. <br />1.The Historic Preservation Commission meeting was called to order by <br />Chairman Arvin Starrett at 4:00 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Barbara Wilson <br />Jerry Raper <br />Paul Denney <br />Claudia Hunt <br />Ann Rogers, Secretary <br />The following members were absent: <br />Alternates: Becki Norment <br />Brian Wear <br />Also present were Lisa Wright, Historic Preservation Officer. <br />A. <br />Election of Officers: <br />A. - Motion to elect Arvin Starrett was made by Paul <br />Chairman <br />Denney, seconded by Barbara Wilson. Motion carried 5-0. <br />B. - Motion to elect Barbara Wilson was made by <br />Vice Chairman <br />Paul Denney, seconded by Jerry Raper. Motion carried 5-0. <br />C. - Motion to elect Ann Rogers was made by Paul <br />Secretary <br />Denney, seconded by Jerry Raper. Motion carried 5-0. <br />2.Motion to approve the minutes as <br />Approve minutes from previous meetings. <br />presented from the September 14, 2005 and September 26, 2005, meetings <br />was made by Barbara Wilson, seconded by Claudia Hunt.
