<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> OR.DINANCE N0. 85-003 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) ON LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 2, <br /> STELLROSE APDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JAMES R. <br /> COLEMAN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNAT ONTIIE BOUN ARIES N OF I THEIC GEP ERAL (RETAIL <br /> AND DESIGNATING <br /> DISTRICT (GR) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changPd, <br /> and that a GEPIERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), be, and thSTELLROSE <br /> hereby established on LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 2, <br /> ADDITION, on property belonging to JAMES R. COLEMAN, so as <br /> to include in such GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) the <br /> hereinarter described property, which was formerly and is <br /> presen_tly desigr_ated as a ONE FAMILY D4JELLING DISTRICT N0. 2 <br /> (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said GENERAL RETAIL <br /> DISTRICT (GR), be, and the same are hereby established as <br /> follows: <br /> Situated within the carporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 2, STELLROSE <br /> ADDITION. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Comunity Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provi_sions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
