ORDINANCE N0. 85-008 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONIPIG MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERP2IT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) ON LOT 6, CITY BLOCY. 45, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO RAY SPENCER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIPI TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); APdD DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AIQD SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the sar.ie is hereby established on LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 45, on property belonging to RAY SPENCER, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that r_he boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at a point where the_SB line of Graham Street intersects the WB line of 7th Street NW, said point being the NE corner of a block of land conveyed to the Scottish American Mortgage Company, Ltd. to J. H. Johnson and wife; THENCE with the SB line of Graham Street, West or nearly West, 100 feet to a stake; THENCE South parallel to the WB line of 7th Street NW, 142 feet more or less to a stake in the NB line of a 20 foot alley; THENCE East with said alley, 100 feet to a stake in the WB line of 7th Street NW; THENCE North with said WB line of 7th Street NW, 142 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use riap accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
