<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 85-008 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONIPIG MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERP2IT - AUTO FUEL <br /> SALES (49) ON LOT 6, CITY BLOCY. 45, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO <br /> RAY SPENCER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIPI TERRITORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); APdD <br /> DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) <br /> AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) SO <br /> ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AIQD SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - <br /> AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the sar.ie is hereby established <br /> on LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 45, on property belonging to RAY <br /> SPENCER, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) <br /> AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) the <br /> hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is <br /> presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), <br /> and that r_he boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same <br /> are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being further described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point where the_SB line of <br /> Graham Street intersects the WB line of 7th Street <br /> NW, said point being the NE corner of a block of <br /> land conveyed to the Scottish American Mortgage <br /> Company, Ltd. to J. H. Johnson and wife; <br /> THENCE with the SB line of Graham Street, <br /> West or nearly West, 100 feet to a stake; <br /> THENCE South parallel to the WB line of 7th <br /> Street NW, 142 feet more or less to a stake in the <br /> NB line of a 20 foot alley; <br /> THENCE East with said alley, 100 feet to a <br /> stake in the WB line of 7th Street NW; <br /> THENCE North with said WB line of 7th Street <br /> NW, 142 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> riap accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
