CLIFFORD, GARY MICHAEL COPELAND AND GAiL C. <br /> DAVIS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGPdATING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES OF 1'HE PLAPIPIED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT-RETAIL AND <br /> OFFICE CENTEP. (PD a-f) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT-RETAIL AND OFFICE <br /> CENiER (PD a-f), be, and the same is hereby established on <br /> PART OF LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 319, on property belonging to ERIC <br /> S. CLIFFORD, GARY MICHAEL COPELAND AND GAIL C. DAVIS, so as <br /> to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT-RETAIL AND <br /> OFFICE CENTER (PD a-f) the hereinafter described property, <br /> which was formerly and is presently designated as a <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and that the boundaries of said <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT-RETAIL AND OFFICE CENTER (PD <br /> a-f), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> TRACT ONE: <br /> All that certain tract or parcel of land <br /> situated in the corporate lir.iits of the City of <br /> Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part <br /> of the Iliram IJilliams Survey also being the same <br /> 8.225 acre tract of land conveyed to Basil <br /> Stergios from Dixie Harlan by deed recorded in <br /> Vol. 608, Page 52 of the Deed Records of said <br /> County and State and being further described as <br /> follows: <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the <br /> Southeast Boundary Line of F.M. Road 195, the <br /> Northeast corner of said 8.225 acre tract; <br /> THENCE South 0 Degrees 29 Minutes East a <br /> distance of 583.8 feet to a concrete monument for <br /> corner; <br /> THENCE South 0 Degrees 02 Minutes East a <br /> distance of 397.0 feet to a fence post for corner <br /> in the North Boundary Line of Loop Highway No. <br /> 286; <br /> THENCE Northwesterly with said North Boundary <br /> Line of said Loop Highway the following: <br /> r10RTH 65 Degrees 35 Minutes West a <br /> distance of 675.6 feet to a concrete <br /> monument for corner; <br /> NORTH 14 Degrees 27 Minutes West a <br /> distance of 121.5 feet to a concrete <br /> monument for corner; <br /> NORTH 45 Degrees 41 Minutes West a <br /> distance of 20.4 feet to a concrete <br /> monument for corner in the Southeast <br /> Boundary Line of F.M.
