Q5_n3Q AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTI-FAI4ILY DWELLING N0. 1(MF-1) ON A 6.72 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF 27TH S.W. BETWEEN W. AUSTIN STREET AND BONHAM STREET, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DAVID R. BLACKMON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING N0. 1 (MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is hereby established on A 6.72 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF 27TH S.W. BETWEEN W. AUSTIPI STREET AND BONHAM STREET, on property belonging to DAVID R. BLACKMON, so as to include in such MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING N0. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLIPIG DISTRICT N0. 2( SF-2 and that the boundaries of said MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, also being a part of a 4.98 acre tract conveyed Garrett Memorial United Methodist Church by Deed recorded in Volume 505, Page 428 and 7.18 acres conveyed to Garrett Memorial United Methodist Church by deed recorded in Volume 500, Page 499 of the Deed Records of said County and State and being further described as follows; Beginning at an iron pin for corner, the Northwest corner of said 7.18 acres at the intersection of the South Boundary Line of Bonham Street with the East Boundary Line of 27th Street South West; THENCE South 89 Degrees 38 East with the South Boundary Line of Bonham Street a distance of 461.0 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE South 0 Degrees 17 Minutes West a distance of 638.94 feet to an iron pin for corner in the North Boundary Line of Austin Street; THENCE South 89 Degrees 30 Minutes West with said North Line a distance of 450.3 feet to an iron pin for corner at the intersection with the East Boundary Line of 27th Street South West; THENCE North 0 Degrees 40 Minutes West with said East Line a distance of 645.85 feet to the place of beginning and containing 6.720 acres of land, more or less.
