Q5_n3Q <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> MULTI-FAI4ILY DWELLING N0. 1(MF-1) ON A 6.72 ACRE TRACT OF <br /> LAND LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF 27TH S.W. BETWEEN W. AUSTIN <br /> STREET AND BONHAM STREET, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DAVID R. <br /> BLACKMON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); <br /> AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING <br /> N0. 1 (MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the <br /> same is hereby established on A 6.72 ACRE TRACT OF LAND <br /> LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF 27TH S.W. BETWEEN W. AUSTIPI <br /> STREET AND BONHAM STREET, on property belonging to DAVID R. <br /> BLACKMON, so as to include in such MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING N0. <br /> 1(MF-1) the hereinafter described property, which was <br /> formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY <br /> DWELLIPIG DISTRICT N0. 2( SF-2 and that the boundaries of <br /> said MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same <br /> are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, <br /> also being a part of a 4.98 acre tract conveyed <br /> Garrett Memorial United Methodist Church by Deed <br /> recorded in Volume 505, Page 428 and 7.18 acres <br /> conveyed to Garrett Memorial United Methodist <br /> Church by deed recorded in Volume 500, Page 499 of <br /> the Deed Records of said County and State and <br /> being further described as follows; <br /> Beginning at an iron pin for corner, the <br /> Northwest corner of said 7.18 acres at the <br /> intersection of the South Boundary Line of Bonham <br /> Street with the East Boundary Line of 27th Street <br /> South West; <br /> THENCE South 89 Degrees 38 East with the <br /> South Boundary Line of Bonham Street a distance of <br /> 461.0 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE South 0 Degrees 17 Minutes West a <br /> distance of 638.94 feet to an iron pin for corner <br /> in the North Boundary Line of Austin Street; <br /> THENCE South 89 Degrees 30 Minutes West with <br /> said North Line a distance of 450.3 feet to an <br /> iron pin for corner at the intersection with the <br /> East Boundary Line of 27th Street South West; <br /> THENCE North 0 Degrees 40 Minutes West with <br /> said East Line a distance of 645.85 feet to the <br /> place of beginning and containing 6.720 acres of <br /> land, more or less. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br />
