<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 85-033 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> GENER.AL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) OP1 PART OF LOTS 3 AND 4, CITY <br /> BLOCK 201, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JACK M. INGRAM, SO AS TO <br /> INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE <br /> FAP2ILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2 (SF-2) AND A NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> SERVICE DISTRICT (NS); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br /> GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT OP.DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on PART OF LOTS 3 AND 4, CITY BLOCK 201, <br /> on property belonging to JACK M. INGRAM, so as to include in <br /> such GENERAL RETAIL DZSTRICT (GR) the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as <br /> a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND A <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), and that the boundaries <br /> of said GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), be, and the same are <br /> hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey <br /> in the City of Paris on the North side of Bonham <br /> Street, further described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of a lot <br /> conveyed to Guy T. Morgan and wife Hazel P. Morgan <br /> by Deed recorded in Book 335, Page 423, Lamar <br /> County Deed Records, said point being in the North <br /> Boundary Line of Bonhari Street; <br /> THENCE North with the west line of said <br /> Morgan tract, 215 feet to a point; <br /> THENCE East a distance of 165 feet to a point <br /> in the east line of a tract conveyed to E. C. <br /> Calvin by deed recorded in Book 96, Page 69, Lamar <br /> County Deed Records; <br /> THENCE South, a distance of 215 feet to a <br /> point in the North Boundary Line of Bonham Street, <br /> the southeast corner of said Calvin tract; <br /> THENCE West with the North Boundary Line of <br /> Bonham Street, a distance of 165 feet to the place <br /> of beginning. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
