ORDINANCE N0. 85-033 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A GENER.AL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) OP1 PART OF LOTS 3 AND 4, CITY BLOCK 201, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JACK M. INGRAM, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAP2ILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2 (SF-2) AND A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT OP.DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), be, and the same is hereby established on PART OF LOTS 3 AND 4, CITY BLOCK 201, on property belonging to JACK M. INGRAM, so as to include in such GENERAL RETAIL DZSTRICT (GR) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), and that the boundaries of said GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey in the City of Paris on the North side of Bonham Street, further described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of a lot conveyed to Guy T. Morgan and wife Hazel P. Morgan by Deed recorded in Book 335, Page 423, Lamar County Deed Records, said point being in the North Boundary Line of Bonhari Street; THENCE North with the west line of said Morgan tract, 215 feet to a point; THENCE East a distance of 165 feet to a point in the east line of a tract conveyed to E. C. Calvin by deed recorded in Book 96, Page 69, Lamar County Deed Records; THENCE South, a distance of 215 feet to a point in the North Boundary Line of Bonham Street, the southeast corner of said Calvin tract; THENCE West with the North Boundary Line of Bonham Street, a distance of 165 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
