<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 85-037 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CIiANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-a) ON LOT 16, CITY BLOCK <br /> 201, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JOE MCKEE, SO AS TO IrdCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES OF A PLANNED DEVELOP14ENT DISTRICT (PD-a) SO <br /> ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAIPdED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Niap and Urdinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-a), be, and the <br /> samP is hereby established on LOT 16, CITY BLOCK 201, on <br /> property belonging to JOE MCKEE, so as to include in such <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-a) the hereinafter <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT 140. 2(SF-2), <br /> and that the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br /> (PD-a), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being Lot 16, City Block 201 in the <br /> City of Paris and more particularly described as <br /> follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the north boundary <br /> line of Bonham Street, said point being west 110.6 <br /> feet from the west boundary line of 19th N.W. <br /> THENCE west with the said north boundary line <br /> of Bonham Street, 128.6 feet to a point; <br /> THENCE north a distance of 220 feet more or <br /> less to a point in the south boundary line of <br /> rlaple Avenue; <br /> THENCE east with said south boundary line of <br /> Maple Avenue, a distance of 128.6 feet to a point; <br /> THEPICE south a distance of 220 feet more or <br /> less to the place of beginning. <br /> 5ection 2. That the zoning herein granted is <br /> conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan in accordance <br /> with Section 8-302 of Ordinar_ce No. 1710, which after full <br /> compliance with the procedure established in Section 21 of <br /> said Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City <br /> Council prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> Section 3. That the Director of Community <br /> Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby <br /> directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in <br /> accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the <br /> land use map accompanying the sarie, and in accordance with <br /> the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 4. AI1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
