ORDINANCE N0. 85-037 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CIiANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-a) ON LOT 16, CITY BLOCK 201, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JOE MCKEE, SO AS TO IrdCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF A PLANNED DEVELOP14ENT DISTRICT (PD-a) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAIPdED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Niap and Urdinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-a), be, and the samP is hereby established on LOT 16, CITY BLOCK 201, on property belonging to JOE MCKEE, so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-a) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT 140. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-a), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 16, City Block 201 in the City of Paris and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the north boundary line of Bonham Street, said point being west 110.6 feet from the west boundary line of 19th N.W. THENCE west with the said north boundary line of Bonham Street, 128.6 feet to a point; THENCE north a distance of 220 feet more or less to a point in the south boundary line of rlaple Avenue; THENCE east with said south boundary line of Maple Avenue, a distance of 128.6 feet to a point; THEPICE south a distance of 220 feet more or less to the place of beginning. 5ection 2. That the zoning herein granted is conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan in accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinar_ce No. 1710, which after full compliance with the procedure established in Section 21 of said Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City Council prior to the issuance of any building permits. Section 3. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the sarie, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 4. AI1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
