ORDINANCE N0. 85-039 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHIrdG A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) ON NORTH PART OF LOT 4 AND ALL OF LOT 24, CITY BLOCK 222-A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JIM BELL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2 (SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance DTo. 1710 of the City of Paris, Pa.ris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is hereby established on NORTH PART OF LOT 4 AND ALL OF LOT 24, CITY BLOCK 222-A, on property belonging to JIM BELL, so as to include in such MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Ol°1E FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT T30. 1 (MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being North Part of Lot 4 and all of Lot 24, City Block 222-A, described as follows: TRACT I BEGINNING at a stake in the SBL of East Price Street the NW corner of a tract of land deeded by Mary E. McClanahan et al to Henderson County Trading Company by deed of record in Book 378, Page 403, Lamar County Deed Records, at which point an arrow is chiseled in the back of curb for line. THENCE South with the West line oF the said Henderson County Trading Company tract, 210 feet; THENCE West 42 f_eet; THENCE North 203.3 feet to the SBL of East Price Street; THENCE East 42 feet along the NBL of East Price StrePt to the place of beginning. TRACT II BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner at the Northwest corner of said tract 1. THENCE South 2 Deg. 34 Min. West a distance of 255.2 ft. to an iron pin for corner at the Southwest corner of said tract 1; THENCE South 88 Deg. 29 Min. East a distance of 134.8 ft. to an iron pin for corner at the Southeast corner of said tract 2; THENCE North 2 Deg. 49 Min. East a distance of 67 ft. to an iron pin for corner at the North- east corner of said tract 2; THENCE North 88 Deg. 40 Min. West a distance of 67.2 ft. to an iron pin for corner at the Northwest corner of said tract 2; THENCE North 3 Deg. 29 Min. East along the East Boundary Line of said tract 1 a distance of 188.7 ft, to an iron pin for corner at the North- east corner of same;
