<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. g5_p44 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> OFFICE DISTRICT (0) ON LOT 15, CITY BLOCK 311, ON PROPERTY <br /> BELONGING TO BERNARD SALTER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br /> OFFICE DISTRICT (0) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT OR.DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a OFFICE DISTRICT (0) , be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on LOT 15, CITY BLOCK 311, on property belonging <br /> to BERNARD SALTER, so as to include in such OFFICE DISTRICT <br /> (0) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly <br /> and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said <br /> OFFICE DISTRICT (0), be, and the same are hereby established <br /> as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being a part of the Joseph Leach <br /> Survey, Abstract No. 524, and being a part of the <br /> tract described in a Deed of Record in Volume , <br /> Page 316, Lamar County Deed Records, said Lot 15 <br /> being more particularly described as follows, <br /> to-wit: <br /> BEGINNING at an Iron Pipe set for a corner, <br /> said point being in the SBL of U.S. Highway No. <br /> 271 (Clarksville Street) ; said point also being <br /> the NE corner of the tract described in the above <br /> mentioned deed; <br /> THENCE South 6 deg. 26' East, 276 feet to an <br /> I.P. set for a corner; <br /> THENCE North 88 deg. 19' 30" West, 140 feet <br /> to an I.P. set for a corner; <br /> THENCE North 3 deg. East 244 feet to an I.P. <br /> set for a corner, said point being in the SBL of <br /> the above mentioned Highway No. 271; <br /> THENCE with the SBL of said Highway No. 271, <br /> North 74 deg. 38' East, 100 feet to the place of <br /> beginning, containing 30,730 sq. ft. of area. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
