ORDINANCE N0. $5-046 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 2-51 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE INCREASE IN AMBULANCE SERVICE RATES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER 1, 1985. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That Section 2-51 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows: "5ec. 2-51. Ambulance Service Rates. The following rates are established for ambulance service for Lamar County residents: l. EMERGENCY SERVICE $60.00 plus $1.75 per within Lamar County mile from point of pick up to point of delivery 2. EMERGENCY TRANSFER SERVICE $60.00 plus $1.75 per to a point outside the mile from point of pickup City of Paris within a 125 to point of delivery mile radius 3. TRANSFER SERVICE $50.00 plus $1.75 per within Lamar County mile from point of pickup to point of delivery 4. PERSONAL PREFERENCE $80.00 plus $1.75 per TRANSFER SERVICE mile from point of pick to a point outside City up to point of delivery of Paris beyond a 125 and for return to point mile radius of origin inside City of Paris 5. IN HOUSE TRANSFER $45.00 from hospital to treatment facility and return to hospital 6. REQUESTED SERVICE $25.00 not used The following rates are established for ambulance service for non residents of Lamar County: 7. EMERGENCY SERVICE $60.00 plus $1.75 per within Lamar County mile from point of pick up to point of delivery 8. EMERGENCY TRANSFER $80.00 plus $1.75 per SERVICE to a point mile from point of pick outside the City of Paris up to point of delivery within 125 mile radius and return to point of origin inside City of Paris 9. TRANSFER SERVICE $50.00 plus $1.75 per within Lamar County mile from point of pick up to point of delivery
