AND LOOP 286 S.W., <br /> ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO GENE MCWATERS, JR., SO AS TO <br /> INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF <br /> THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2 (SF-2) SO <br /> ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Niap and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), be, <br /> and the same is hereby established on A 9.53 ACRE TRACT OF <br /> LAND LOCATED BETWEEN 41ST S.W. AND LOOP 286 S.W., on <br /> property belonging to GENE MCWATERS, JR., so as to include <br /> in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) the <br /> hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is <br /> presently designated as a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and that <br /> the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2 <br /> (SF-2), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being a part of the Isaac Cruise Survey <br /> and of the 831 acre tract of land conveyed by The <br /> Union Irivestment Company to Henry P. Mayer on May <br /> 7, 1912 by deed recorded in Book 144, Page 508, <br /> Lamar County Deed Records described by metes and <br /> bounds as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a concrete marker in the WB line <br /> of Loop Highway 286, said marker being the South- <br /> east corner of the West Gate Subdivision; <br /> THENCE N0°41'W with the WB line of Loop <br /> Highway 286 a distan.ce of 266 feet to a concrete <br /> R.O.W. marker; <br /> THENCE N07°42'W with the WB line of Loop <br /> Highway 286 a distance of 454.7 feet to a concrete <br /> marker being the NE corner of the West Gate <br /> Subdivision; <br /> THENCE S89°51'W with the NB line of the West <br /> Gate Subdivision a distance of 342.2 feet to a <br /> concrete marker being a NW corner of the West Gate <br /> Subdivision; <br /> THENCE S00°45'30"E a distance of 439.8 feet <br /> to a concrete marker; <br /> THENCE S89°23'20"W a distance of 51$ feet to <br /> a concrete marker in the EB line of 41st Street <br /> S.W.; <br /> THENCE S00°27'30" with the EB line of 41st <br /> Street S.W. a distance of 273 feet to a concrete <br /> marker being the Southwest corner of the West Gate <br /> Subdivision; <br /> THENCE N89°50'20"E with the SB line of the <br /> West Gate Subdivision a distance of 916.3 feet to <br /> the place of beginning, containing 9.53 acres of <br /> land more or less. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br />
