<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 85-053 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) ON Lot 24, Block 253-B, ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO DOUGLAS L. LOWE, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMF.RLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUND- <br /> AP.IES OF THE TWU FAMILY llin7FLLING DISTRICT (2F) SO <br /> ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby chariged, <br /> ar_d that a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), be, and the <br /> same is hereby established on Lot 24, Block 253-B, on <br /> property belonging to DOUGLAS L. LOWE, so as to include in <br /> such TWO FAMILY DWELLTNG DISTRICT (2F) the hereinafter <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), <br /> and that the boundaries of said TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> (2F), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being a part of the George W. Cox <br /> Survey and a part of_ the West 1/2 of a 2 acre <br /> tract set a part to Tennie Collier in the parti- <br /> tion of the Mat Eubank Estate, as shown in the <br /> minutes of the Probate Court of Lamar County, <br /> Texas, Vol. 37, Page 271, et seq., and being a <br /> part of Lot No. 9 of said partition, described by <br /> metes and bounds as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a stake in the NBL of Cedar <br /> Street at the SEC of the above described 1 acre <br /> tract; <br /> THENCE West with the NBL of Cedar Street 115 <br /> feet, the SWC of said 1 acre tract; <br /> THENCE North with its WBL 173 feet, a stake; <br /> THENCE East 115 feet, a stake at the EB line <br /> of said 1 acre tract; <br /> THENCE South with its EB line 173 feet to the <br /> place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
