ORDINANCE N0. 85-058 AN ORDINANCE AMENDIr1G ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 15, CITY BLOCK 311, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MARILYN BOLTON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A OFFICE DISTRICT (0); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE BISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 15, CITY BLOCK 311, on property belonging to MARILYN BOLTON, so as to include in such NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a OFFICE DISTRICT (0), and that the boundaries of said NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, Abstract No. 524, and being a part of the tract described in a Deed of Record in Volume , Page 316, Lamar County Deed Records, said Lot T5 being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING at an Iron Pipe set for a corner, said point being in the SBL of U. S. Highway No. 271 (Clarksville Street); said point also being the NE corner of the tract described in the above mentioned deed; THENCE South 6 deg. 26' East, 276 feet to an I.P. set for a corner; THENCE North 88 deg. 19' 30" West, 140 feet to an I.P. set for a corner; THENCE North 3 dEg. East 244 feet to an I.P. set for a corner, said point being in the SBL of the above mentioned Highway No. 271; THENCE with the SBL of said Highway No. 271, North 74 deg. 38' East, 100 feet to the place of beginning, containing 30,730 sq. ft. of area. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
