ORDINANCE N0. 85'068 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF ThE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED P,Y THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY ; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - SNOPPING CENTER (PD-a) ON LOTS 1 AND 2, CITY BLOCK 311, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MIKE D. LEE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A NEIrHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) AND GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED LEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT OR➢AINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zor_ing Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a), be, and the same is hereby established on LOTS 1 AND 2, CITY BLOCK 311, on praperty belonging to MIKE D. LEE, so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - SHOPPiNG CENTER (PD-a) the hEreinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designa.ted as a NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) AND GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Siutated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey and being more particular_ly described as follows: TRACT I BEGINNING at the intersection of the South P.OW line of Clarksville Stret and the East ROW line of said 25 foot wide road, said beginning point also being the NW corner of a tract of land conveyed to Willard Daughtery by deed recorded in Vol. 617 Page 465 Deed Records Lamar County, Texas; THENCE S 00 deg. Ol' 45" E, 278.38 feet and S 00 deg. 02' 39" E, 403.48 feet along the East ROW line of said 25 foot wide street to a 3/8" iron rod for corner, same being in the North ROW line of T & P Railroad; THENCE N 84 deg. 09' 20" W, 25.14 feet along the No-rth ROW line of said T& P Railroad to a 3/8" iron rod for corner, same being the SE corner of that certain 5.70 acre tract conveyed to Mid-South Investment Co., Inc., by deed recorded i_r_ Vol. 574 Page 731 Deed Records Lamar County, Texas; THENCE North 686.00 feet along the EBL of said 5.70 acre tract and the West ROW line of said 25 foot wide road to a 3/8" iron rod for corner in the South ROW line of Clarksville Street; THENGE S 74 deg. 44' 20" E, 25.45 feet along a curve to the left on the South ROW line of Clarksville Street to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.39 acres of land.
