LEE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS A NEIrHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) AND <br /> GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> OF THE PLANNED LEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a) <br /> SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORāž¢AINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zor_ing Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - SHOPPING CENTER <br /> (PD-a), be, and the same is hereby established on LOTS 1 AND <br /> 2, CITY BLOCK 311, on praperty belonging to MIKE D. LEE, so <br /> as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - <br /> SHOPPiNG CENTER (PD-a) the hEreinafter described property, <br /> which was formerly and is presently designa.ted as a <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) AND GENERAL RETAIL <br /> DISTRICT (GR), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED <br /> DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a), be, and the <br /> same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Siutated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey <br /> and being more particular_ly described as follows: <br /> TRACT I <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the South <br /> P.OW line of Clarksville Stret and the East ROW <br /> line of said 25 foot wide road, said beginning <br /> point also being the NW corner of a tract of land <br /> conveyed to Willard Daughtery by deed recorded in <br /> Vol. 617 Page 465 Deed Records Lamar County, <br /> Texas; <br /> THENCE S 00 deg.
