<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 84-001 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) ON LOTS 16 AND 17, CITY BLOCK <br /> 220, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO RONALD BILLNIAN, SO AS TO <br /> INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A <br /> MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1); AND DESIGNATING <br /> THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) SO <br /> ESTABLISHEB. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on LOTS 16 AND 17, CITY BLOCK 220, on <br /> property belonging to ROrdALD BILLMAN, so as to include in <br /> such GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as <br /> a MULTI-FANiILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), and that the <br /> boundaries of said GENERAL P.ETAIL DISTRICT (GR), be, and the <br /> same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being a part of the George W. Cox <br /> Survey and a part ot a tract of land conveyed Joe <br /> Dillard by deed recorded in Vol. 204, Page 400, of <br /> the Deed Records of said County and State. <br /> BEGINNING at a stake for corner at the <br /> Southwest corner of said Dillard tract of land; <br /> THENCE North along the East Boundary line of <br /> 17th N. E. a distance of 158.0 feet to a stake for <br /> corner at the Northwest corner of said Dillard <br /> tract of land; <br /> THENCE East a distance of 128 feet to a sta.ke <br /> for corner in the North Boundary Line of said <br /> tract of land; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 158.0 feet to a <br /> stake for corner; <br /> THENCE West along the North Boundary Line of <br /> Houston Street a distance of 128 feet to the place <br /> of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City ot Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> r.1ap accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> imtnediately upon passage. <br />
