E. Hickmar., dated January 19, 1965, record- ed in envelope No. 172-D, Plat Records, Lamar County, Texas; BEGINNING at a point for corner in the West Right-of-way line of 36th Street N. W., said point located South 0° 25' West, a distance of 130 feet from the South Right-of-way lir.e of West Houston Street, said point also being the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block D, of the Westweod Addition; THErdCE South 0°25' West, along the West Right- of-way line of 36th Street N. W., a distance of 130 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 89° 35' East along the South Right- of-way line of 36th Street N. W., a distance of 50 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 0° 25' East along the East Right of-way line of 36th Street N. W., a distance of 130 feet to a point for corner, said point being the Southwest corner, of Lot 9, Block B, of the Westwood Addition; THENCE North 89° 35' West along a line which is parallel to arcl 130 feet South of the Scuth Right-of- way line of West Houston Street to the place of beginning and containing 0.1492 a.cres of_ land more or less.
