That Chapter 24 of the Code of Ordi- <br /> nances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended by <br /> adding thereto Article II to read as follows: <br /> "Chapter 24. PLUMBING AND GAS CODES <br /> <br /> . . . Article II. GAS CODE <br /> Section 24-11. Adopted. <br /> <br /> For the purpose of establishirLg rules and <br /> regulatians for governing gas piping systems <br /> extending from the point of delivery to the inlet <br /> connection of appliances, and the installation and <br /> operation of residential and cem.mercial gas <br /> appliances and related accessories, the design <br /> fabrication, installation, test and operation of <br /> such syster.ls for fuel gases such as natural gas, <br /> manufa.ctured gas, undiluted liquified petraleum <br /> gases, liquified petroleum gas-air or mixture <br /> thereof for use in or on and about any and all <br /> premises in the City of Paris, that certain gas <br /> code known as Standard Gas Code, 1982 Edition, <br /> save and except such portions as are deleted, <br /> modified or Gmended by this article, is hereby <br /> adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at <br /> length herei.n. A copy of such Code has been and <br /> is now on file in the office of the City C1erk and <br /> the provisions thereof shall be controlling as <br /> above stated. <br /> "Section 24-12. Amendments. <br /> The Standard Gas Code, 1982 Edition, as <br /> adopted is hereby amended by the hereinafter <br /> stated deletions: <br /> Section 306.1. Metallic Pipe. <br /> The second sentence is deleted. <br /> <br /> Section 306.2. Metallic Tubing. <br /> The second paragraph is deleted <br /> therefrom. <br /> <br /> Section 30$.5. Piping Passing Through <br /> Concrete or Masonry Floors or Walls above Grade. <br /> <br /> Subparagraph (A) 2, is deleted. <br />
