ORDINANCE N0. 84-014 AN ORDINAIiCE AMENDING ZOPdING ORDItdANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEYLAS AND CHANGING THE BOUr3DARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMT?ERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 237, ON PROPEP.TY BELO1vGING TO GOLDMAN BRUCE YARBROUGH, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLI114G DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) ; AND DESIGIIATING THE BOUNDARTES OF THE COriMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is hereby established or. I,OT 1, CITY BLOCK 237, on property belonging to GOLDMAN BRUCE YARBROUGH, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FANIILY DWELLING DISTP.ICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of_ Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the William Driggers Survey and a part of the 12-3/4 acres which was the East one-half of 25-3/4 acres conveyed by R.E.L. Jackson et al to J. M. Crow on November 21, 1925, recorded in book 210, Page 629, Lamar County Deed Records; BEGIP1PdING at the Southeast corner of the said 12-3/4 acres above refered to, same being the center of the Paris and Tigertown Road; THENCE North 420 feet, a stake; THENCE West 105 feet, a stake; TIiENCE South 420 feet to the center of said Paris and Tigertown Road; THENCE East with center of said roads 105 feet to the place of beginning, containing one acre. Section 2. That the Director of Cor.munity Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
