<br /> HEARIPIGS BEFORE THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMNiISSION OF THE
<br /> CITY OF PARIS AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS ON
<br /> THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND APPROPRIATE ZONING UPON ANNEXATION,
<br /> AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTI.NG THE MAYOR TO PUBLISH NOTICE QF
<br /> SUCH PUBLIC HEARINGS.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS:
<br /> Section l. That public hearings be held by and
<br /> before the Planning ar.d Zoning commission of the City of
<br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, on the 5th day of March, 1984, at 7:00
<br /> o' clock p.m. in the Council Roor.7, City Hall, Paris, Texas ;
<br /> by and before the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris,
<br /> Texas, in Regular Session convened on the 8th day of March ,
<br /> 1984, at 5:15 o'clock p.m., in the Council Room, City Hall,
<br /> Paris, Texas, and by and before the City Council of the City
<br /> of Paris, Paris, Texas, in Regular Session convened on the
<br /> 12th day of March, 1984, at 7:00 o'clock p.m., in the
<br /> Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, giving all interested
<br /> persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed
<br /> annexation and appropriate zoning upon annexation of the
<br /> following described property:
<br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the
<br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
<br /> Texas, a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, and
<br /> being all of a 4.113 acre tract of land conveyed
<br /> Paris, Texas Ir_dustrial Foundation, Inc. by deed
<br /> recorded in Vol. 430, Page 437, also being a part
<br /> of a 87.56 acre tract of land conveyed Paris,
<br /> Texas Industrial Foundation, Inc. by deed recorded
<br /> in Vol. 430, Page 337 of the Deed Records of said
<br /> County and State.
<br /> BEGINNING at a concrete marker for corner at
<br /> the Pdorthwest corner of said 87.56 acre tract of
<br /> land;
<br /> THENCE along the East Boundary Line of 19th
<br /> N. W. as follows: South 7 Deg. West a distance of
<br /> 285 feet.; South a distance of 799 feet.; South
<br /> 45 Degrees East a distance of 28 feet to a stake
<br /> far corner;
<br /> THENCE along the North Boundary Line of
<br /> Center Street as follows: South 89 Deg. 20 Min.
<br /> East a distance of 2653 feet., South 86 Deg. East
<br /> a distance of 296 feet to a stake for corner, said
<br /> point being 25 feet North of the Southeast corner
<br /> of said 87.56 acre tract of land;
<br /> THENCE North a distance of 818 feet to a
<br /> stake for corner;
