ORDINANCE NQ. 84-023 AN ORDINArICE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO FANIILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) ON LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 213, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MARILEE LEE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGr3ATED AS A UNE FANiILY DWELLIr3G DISTRICT PIO. 2(SF-2) ; AND DESIGTIATING THE BOUND- ARIES OF THE TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAIPIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning N1a.p and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are her be, changed, the and that a TWO FAl~1ILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), same is hereby established on LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 213, on property belonging to MARILEE LEE, se as to include in such TWO FANIILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) the hereinafter descxibed property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a OPdE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said TWO FAMiLY DWELLIrIG DISTRICT (2F), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey and being a lot situated on the South side of West Sherman Street, Paris, Texas; BEGINNING at a stake on the South side of West Sherman Street, same bei_ng Northeast corner of Chester Oakes lot as shown in Book 273, Page 167, Lamar County Deed Records; THENCE East with the SB line of Sherr.lan Str.eet, 70 feet, a stake; THENCE South 300 feet, a stake; THENCE West 70 feet, a stake, same being the Southeast corner of Chester Oakes lot; THENCE North with the EB line of Chester Oakes lot, 300 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to charge the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordar_ce with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herevaith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall beceme effective immediately upon passage.
