Street; BECINNING at the North boundary lir_e at Bonham Street and thP Southwest corner of Lot l, City Bleck 202 and tYie Southeast carner af I.ot 2, Block 1, Wortham-Carlton Addi- tion; THENCE Pdorth approximately 317.5 feet to the North- west corner of Lot 6, City Block 202 and the PJortheust corner of Lot 4, Block 1, Wortham-Carlton Addition and the South boundary line of Maple Ave, is of no use as an alley or street to the City of Paris cr to i_ts citizens, but is of use and necessary to the City of Paris a.nd its citizens for utili.ty easement purposes, and the City Council so finds; NOW, THEREFORF., BF; IT 0&DAINED BY THE CITY COtiP,CIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the all.ey, running North and South fror.m Bonham Street North to Maple Ave, being West of 23rd N. W. Street and East of 24th N. W. Street; BEGINNING at the Nortri boundary line of Bonriam St:reet and the Southwest corner of Lot l, Ci.ty Block 202 and the Southeast corner of Lat Block 1, Wortham-Carlton Addition; THENCE North approxiriately 317.5 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 6, City Block 202 and the PJortheast corner of Lot 4, Block 1, Wortham-Carltor. Addition ar_d the South boundary li.r_e of Maple Ave., is hereby closed, with the City of Paris retain- ing a 15' utility easement. Section 2.
