<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 84-033 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, <br /> PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE <br /> AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION VII, A(13) OF APPENDIX B, <br /> SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS, ORDINANCE N0. 1315 OF SAID CODE; <br /> PROVIDING FOR THE REDUCTION OF THE REQUIRED PAVED WIDTH OF <br /> AN ALLEY FROM 16 FEET TO 12 FEET; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY <br /> NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF <br /> ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF JUNE l, 1984. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That Section VII, A(13) of Appendix B, <br /> Subdivision Regulations, Ordinance No. 1315 of the Code of <br /> Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended so <br /> that such shall read as follows: <br /> "Sec. VII. General Requirements. <br /> <br /> A. STREET ARRANGEMENTS <br /> (13) Alleys. Alleys or loading and unload- <br /> ing courts shall be provided in blocks to be used <br /> for any purpose other than residential. The <br /> minimum right-of-way width for such alleys shall <br /> be thirty (30 feet and shall be paved in their <br /> entirety. Should alleys be platted in residential <br /> areas they shall have a minimum right-of-way width <br /> of twenty (20) feet and paved to a minimum of <br /> twelve (12) feet. Alleys shall be provided where <br /> existing alleys of adjacent subdivisions would be <br /> closed or shut off so as to deny said existing <br /> alleys of separate ingress and egress. <br /> Section 2. Any person violating any of the pro- <br /> visions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" <br /> Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum <br /> not to exceed $200.00, and each and every day's continuance <br /> of any violation of the above enumerated section shall <br /> constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
