<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> OP.DINANCE N0. 84-034 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISAING A <br /> LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) ON LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 235-A, <br /> ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO GARY PIRTLE, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUND- <br /> ARIES OF THE LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), be, and the same <br /> is hereby established on LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 235-A, on pro- <br /> perty belonging to GARY PIRTLE, so as to include in such <br /> LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as <br /> a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3), and that the <br /> boundaries of said LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), be, and <br /> the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being Lot 7, City Block 235-A, more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the East boundary <br /> line of 19th N. W., said point being North 312 <br /> feet from the North boundary line of West <br /> Henderson Street; <br /> THENCE North with the East boundary line of <br /> 19th N. W., 312 feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE East, 625 feet to a point; <br /> THENCE South, 312 feet to a point; <br /> THENCE West, 615 feet to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
