ORDINANCE N0. 84-038 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) ON LOT l, CITY BLOCK 85, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO RAY SPENCER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 85, on property belonging to RAY SPENCER, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) the herein- after described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT Nd. 2 (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3), be, and the same are hereby estab- lished as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 1, City Block 85, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the South boundary line of Campbell Street with the East boundary line of 13th N.W; THENCE East along the South boundary line of Campbell Street, 490 feet to a point in the West boundary line of the SL and SF Railroad right- of-way; THENCE Southwesterly with the West boundary line of the SL and SF Railroad right-of-way, a curve to the left, 621.3 feet to a point in the North boundary line of Shiloh Street; THENCE West along the North boundary line of Shiloh Street, 368 feet to a point in the East boundary line of 13th N.W.; THENCE North along the East boundary line of 13th N.W., 608 feet to the place of beginning and containing 5.83 acres of land, more or less. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
