Review Frocedure. <br /> <br /> <br /> (a) Signal Quality Requirements and Review. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The grantee shall: <br /> <br /> <br /> (1) Pr.oduce a picture, whether in black and white or <br /> <br /> in calor, that is undistorted, free from ghost images, <br /> substantiall.y noise free and accoMpar.ied with proper sound <br /> <br /> on typical standard production TV sets in goad repair, a.nd <br /> <br /> as good as the sta.te of the art allows; <br /> <br /> <br /> (2) Transmit sign,-,ils of adequate strength t:o produce <br /> <br /> gaod pictures with good sound at all outlets without causing <br /> <br /> crossmodulatiori in the cables or interiering with other <br /> electrical or electronic systeras; <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> (3) Limit failureC tc a minimum by locating and <br /> <br /> correcting malfunctions promptly, but in nc ever_t longer <br /> than 24 hours after notice; <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> (4) Demonstrate by instruments and otherwise to <br /> subscribers that a signal of adequate strength and quali.ty <br /> <br /> is being delivered. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Evaluation sessions may be held at ary ti.me during the <br /> terr.,~ of this Frarl.chise at the request of the City or the <br /> <br /> Gran.tee. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> All evaluation session.s shall be open to the public and <br /> announced in a newspaper of general circuia.tion in accor- <br /> <br /> da.nce with legal r.otice.
