<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 84-042 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CI1Y OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (PD-c) ON LOT 2, <br /> CITY BLOCK 313, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BIG TEX FEED, SO AS <br /> TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN <br /> AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF <br /> THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (PD-c) SO <br /> ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (PD-c) , <br /> be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 2, CITY BLOCK <br /> 313, on property belonging to BIG TEX FEED, so as to <br /> include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br /> (PD-c) the hereinafter described property, which was <br /> formerly and is presently designated as an AGRICULTURAL <br /> DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED <br /> DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (PD-c), be, and the same are <br /> hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being Lot 2, City Block 313 of the City <br /> of Paris more particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the South boundary <br /> line of Lamar Avenue at its intersection with a <br /> line that is 600 feet East of and parallel with <br /> the centerline of the outside lane of Loop 286 <br /> S.E., said point being the Northeast corner of <br /> said Lot 2, City Block 313; <br /> THENCE Southerly with the East line of Lot 2 <br /> and said line that is 600 feet East of and <br /> parallel to the centerline of the outside lane of <br /> Loop 286 S. E.; 400 feet more or less to a point; <br /> THENCE South continuing with the East line of <br /> Lot 2, 275 feet more or less to its S. E. corner; <br /> THENCE West, 407.63 feet to the Southwest <br /> corner of Lot 2; <br /> THENCE North, 637 feet more or less to a <br /> point in the South Boundary line of Lamar Ave, the <br /> Northwest corner of Lot 2; <br /> THENCE Easterly with the South line of Lamar <br /> Avenue 320 feet more or less to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the zoning herein granted is condi- <br /> tioned upon the submission of a Site Plan in accordance with <br /> Section 8-302 of Ordinance No. 1710, which after full <br /> compliance with the procedure established in Section 21 of <br /> said Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City <br /> Council prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> Section 3. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br />
