<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 84-052 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON PART OF LOTS 14 AND 32, CITY <br /> BLOCK 259, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO LARRY C. FANCHER, SO AS <br /> TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLING N0, 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> OF THE CQMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on PART OF LOTS 14 AND 32, CITY BLOCK <br /> 259, on property belonging to LARRY C. FANCHER, so as to <br /> include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as a ONE FAMI.LY DWELLING N0. 2(SF-2) , and that <br /> the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the <br /> same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, ar_d being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey <br /> #524, and a part of a tract of land willed to <br /> Reubin Burnett as recorded in Vol. 136, Page 396, <br /> of the Probate Minutes of said County and State, <br /> said tract being that portion of land lying South <br /> of Loop Hwy 286. <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the <br /> South boundary line of said Loop Hwy. 286 at the <br /> present PZortheast corner of Lot 5, Block 10, Town <br /> North Estates. <br /> THENCE South 1 Deg. 27 Min. West a distance <br /> of 412.3 feet to a concrete marker for corner at <br /> the Southwest corner of said Burnett tract, said <br /> point being in the North boundary line of Lot l, <br /> Block 10, Town North Estates; <br /> THENCE South 89 Deg. 48 Min. East a distance <br /> of 249.5 feet to an iron pin for corner at the <br /> Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 3, Town North <br /> Estates; <br /> THENCE North 87 Deg. 50 Min. East a distance <br /> of 122.3 feet to a nail in a stump at the most <br /> Southerly Southeast corner of said Burnett tract; <br /> THENCE North 5 Deg. 44 Min. East a distance <br /> of 213.1 feet to an iron pin for corner at an el <br /> corner of said Burnett tract; <br /> THENCE North 89 Deg. 36 Min. East a distance <br /> of 238.5 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE North 72 Deg. 36 Min West along the <br /> South boundary line of Loop Hwy. 286 a distance of <br /> 650.9 feet to the place of beginning and contain- <br /> ing 3.297 acres of land. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />
