ORDINANCE N0. 84-053 ArT ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TG?Q FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE (25) ON LOT l, CITY BLOCK 155, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CAROL WINTERS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRI- TORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE (25) S0 ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Par.is, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE (25), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 155, on property belonging to CAROL WINTERS, so as to include in such TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE (25) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DIS- TRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE (25), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, and being a part of a tract of land conveyed Leo B. Dodd by Deed recorded in Vol. 315, Pag 557, Lamar County Deed Records; BEGINNING at the intersection of the SBL of Washington Street and the EBL of 6th St. S. W. THENCE EAST with the SBL of ti,lashington Street, 112.8 feet, a stake; THENCE SOUTH 115 feet a stake; THENCE WEST 114 feet, a. stake in the EBL of 6th Street S. W.; THENCE NORTH with the EBL of 6th St. S.W., 115 feet, to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City af Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Ma.p of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective ir.tmediately upon passage.
