ORDINANCE N0. 84_066 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING N~~AP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) ON PART OF LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 329, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO GENE McWATERS, JR., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATEU AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same is hereby established on PART OF LOT I, CITY BLOCK 329, on property belonging to GENE McWATERS, JR., so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Isaac Cruise Survey and of the 831 acrP tract of land conveyed by The Union Investment Compan_y to Henry P. Mayer on May 7, 1913 by deed recorded in Book 144, Page 508, Lamar County Deed Records described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a concrete marker at the intersection of the SB line of U. S. Highway 82 and the [1B line of Loop Highway 286; THENCE with the SB line of U. S. Highway 82 S89°16'W a distance of 327 feet, a stake; THENCE SO°44'E a distance of 280 feet, a stake; THENCE N89°16'E a distance of 455.5 feet to a point in the WB line of Loop Highway 286; THENCE with the WB line of Loop Highway 286 as follows: N07°42'W a distance of 137.5 feet to a point; N38°38'W a distance of 182 feet to the place of beginning, containing 2.66 acres of land more or less. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use Map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become ef_fective immeciiatel_y upon passage.
