ORDINANCE N0. 84-075 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY QF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) ON LOT 8-A, CITY BLOCK 257-A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JAMES P. MILES, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PER,r?IT - PLANT NURSERY; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1 (MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Qrdinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a MULTI-FAP•ZILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 8-A, CITY BLOCK 257-A, on property belonging to JAr1ES P. MILES, so as to include in such MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter described propPrty, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PER141IT - PLANT NURSERY, and that the boundaries of said MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Hiram Williams Survey and of the tracts of land respectively conveyed by Smith Lee, Jr., et al to J. W. Goree on May 24, 1909, by deed recorded in Book 129, Page 325, Lamar County Deed Records, and by John Warlick et al, to J. W. Goree an September 1, 1909, by deed recorded in Book 131, Page 16, Lamar County Deed Records, and being part of said tract, and including the following: BEGINNING at a stake in the NB line of Pine Bluff Street, a stake at the SW corner of the Goree Greenhouse propPrty; THENCE with i_ts WB line in a Northerly direction 135 feet; THENCE East 205 feet, more or less, to the West boundary line of 25th Street N.E.; THENCE South 135 feet, more or less, to the North boundary iine of Pine Bluff Street; THENCE West 202.5 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinar.ce shall become effective ir.imediately upon passage.
