ORDINANCE N0. 84-076 AN ORDINArdCE AMENDING ZONING ORDIPJANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) ON I,OT 16, CITY BLOCK 222-A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO 0. L. RAINEY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOtTNDARIES OF THE MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1 (MF-1) SG ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and tha.t a MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the sar.le is hereby established on LOT 16, CITY BLOCK 222-A, on property belonging to Q. L. RAINEY, so as to include in such MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) the Yiereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designa.ted as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the sarne are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the George W. Cox Survey #164, and being a part of a tract of land conveyed S. 0. TZartin by deed recorded in Vol. 356, Page 599 of the Deed Records of said County and State. BEGINNING at a point for corner at the present Northeast corner of said Martin tract of land. THENCE West along the South Boundar_y I.ine af Price St. a distance of 100 ft. to an iron pin for corner at the Northwest corner of said tract of land; THENCE South a. distance of 156 feet to an i_ron pin for corner at the Southwest corner of said Martin tract of land; THENCE East a distance of 100 ft. to an iron pin for corner at the present Southeast corner of sa.id tract of land; THENCE North along the West Bound.ary Line of 25th N.E. a distance of 156 ft. to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zonir.g Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinan.ces and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
