<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE P10, 84-077 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDIPIG ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) ON LOT 3-A, CITY BLOCK 317, <br /> ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BOB J. MCCARLEY, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A AGRICULTURAL <br /> DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE LIGHT <br /> INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Urdinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby cha.nged, <br /> and that a LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), be, and the sar.le <br /> is hereby established on LOT 3-A, CITY BLOCK 317, on <br /> property belonging to BOB J. MCCARLEY, so as to include in <br /> such LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) the hereinafter <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as a AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the <br /> boundaries of said LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), be, and <br /> the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey <br /> #524, and beir.g part of a 32.169 acre tract of <br /> land conveyed FVMC Partnership by deed duly <br /> recorded in Volume 661, Page 591, of the Deed <br /> Records of said County and State, and being more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner, same <br /> bein.g the Northeast corner of a 5.57 acre tract of <br /> land conveyed Bob McCarley, Inc, by deed duly <br /> recorded in Volume 594, Page 551, of the Deed <br /> Records of sai.d County and State, said. point being <br /> N 89°28' E a distance of 219 feet from the most <br /> Westerlv Southwest Corner of said 32.169 acre <br /> tract; y <br /> THENCE S 1°15' W a distance of 407 feet, an <br /> iron pin for corner in the North Boundary Line of <br /> Pir_e Mill Road., same being the Southeast Corner of <br /> said 5.57 acre tract; <br /> THENCE N 87°13' E with the North Boundary <br /> Line of Pine Mi11 Road, a distance of 50.1 feet, <br /> an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE N 1°15' E a distance of 405 feet, a <br /> concrete marker for corner; <br /> THENCE S 89°30' W a distance of 50 feet to <br /> the place of beginning and containing 0.466 acres <br /> of land, more or less. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> cha.nge the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
