ORDINANCE P10, 84-077 AN ORDINANCE AMENDIPIG ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) ON LOT 3-A, CITY BLOCK 317, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BOB J. MCCARLEY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Urdinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby cha.nged, and that a LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), be, and the sar.le is hereby established on LOT 3-A, CITY BLOCK 317, on property belonging to BOB J. MCCARLEY, so as to include in such LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey #524, and beir.g part of a 32.169 acre tract of land conveyed FVMC Partnership by deed duly recorded in Volume 661, Page 591, of the Deed Records of said County and State, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner, same bein.g the Northeast corner of a 5.57 acre tract of land conveyed Bob McCarley, Inc, by deed duly recorded in Volume 594, Page 551, of the Deed Records of sai.d County and State, said. point being N 89°28' E a distance of 219 feet from the most Westerlv Southwest Corner of said 32.169 acre tract; y THENCE S 1°15' W a distance of 407 feet, an iron pin for corner in the North Boundary Line of Pir_e Mill Road., same being the Southeast Corner of said 5.57 acre tract; THENCE N 87°13' E with the North Boundary Line of Pine Mi11 Road, a distance of 50.1 feet, an iron pin for corner; THENCE N 1°15' E a distance of 405 feet, a concrete marker for corner; THENCE S 89°30' W a distance of 50 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.466 acres of land, more or less. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to cha.nge the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
