<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 84-078 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) ON LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 2, <br /> WORTHAM-CARLTON ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO D. C. <br /> FORD, SO AS TO INCI.UDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMFRLY DESIGNATED <br /> AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND <br /> DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT <br /> (GR) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Sectior. 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 2, WORTHAM-CARLTON <br /> ADDITION, on property belonging to D. C. FORD, so as to <br /> include in such GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) the hereinafter <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), <br /> and that the boun.daries of sa.id GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT <br /> (GR), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of I,amar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being Lots 2 and 3, Block 2, Wortham <br /> Carlton Addition. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, bP, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accorda.nce <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accor_lpanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordina.nce. <br /> Section 3. All ordina.nces and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
