<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. $4-090 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE F.STABLISHING A ZO MILE PER HOUR SPEED <br /> LIMIT ON CER.TAIN PORTIONS OF STONE AVENUE; PROVIDING FOR A <br /> FINE NOT TO F.XCEED $200.00; REPEAI.ING ALL ORDINANCES OR <br /> PARTS OF ORDIr?ANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 1, 1985. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That a. speed limit of 30 miles per hour <br /> shall be established on those portions of the street herein- <br /> after described, other than between the hours of_ 7:45 A.M. <br /> to 8:30 A.M. and 3:20 P.M. and 4:00 P.rI., which will be <br /> brought to the attention of motorists by means of signs, at <br /> which time a speed limit of 20 miles per hour shall be in <br /> effect: <br /> "StonP Avenue from the east curb line of North <br /> Main Street, east to the east curb linP of Lewis <br /> Lar_e. " <br /> Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions <br /> of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" <br /> Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum <br /> not to exceed $200.00. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
