ORDINANCE N0. 84-092 AT' ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONIPdG ORDIPIANCE ri0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE Z0NING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLITdG DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) ON LOT 17, CITY BLOCK 259, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO WILLARD LIAUGHERTY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BnUNDARIES OF THE MULTI-FAMILY LIWELLING DISTRiCT NQ. 1 (MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS : Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordina.nce No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are herehy changed, and that a MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 17, CITY BL,OCK 259, on propextv belonging to WILLARD DAUGHERTY, so aG to include in such MULTI-FAMILY DLJELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter described property, whi_ch was formerly and is presently design.ated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2 (SF-2), and that the boundaries ot said MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Cour_ty of Lamar, and State of Texa.s, and being a part of the Hiram Williams Survey located on the East side of the North 25th Northeast St., Paris, Texas. BEGINNING at a stake in the EBL of the said 25th Northeast St. 150 ft. Northof the SW corner of the 3.2 acres of land conveyed by Perle C. Dicksor. et al to Charles R. Evans on riay 17, 1915, as shown in Deed Book 155, Page 449, Lama.r County Deed Records; THENCE NORTH 105 ft. a stake; THENCE EAST 221 ft., a stake; THENCE SOUTH 105 ft., a Gtake; THENCE WEST 221 ft. to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Cammunity Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accardance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, ancl i.ra. accordance with the provisions of this ordina.nce. Section 3. All ordi_nances and parts of or_di.nances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall bec.ome effective immediately upon passage.
