ORPINANCE N0. 84-094 AN ORDIPIANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES FSTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID C7TY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERPIT_T - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) ON LOTS AND 3, CITY BLOCK 123, Or; PROPERTY BELOrIGING TO WILLIAM E. THOriAS, SR., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) SO ESTABLISIIED. BE IT ORUAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same is hereby established on LOTS 2 AND 3, CITY BLOCK 123, on property belonging to WILLIAM E. THOMAS, SR., so as to i_nclude in such COMMERCTAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SA.LES (49) the hereinafter described propexty, which wa.s formerly and is presently designated as a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), a.nd that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTF.ICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the sa.me are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lots 2 and 3, City Block 123 and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the South Boundary Line of Bonham Street with the East Boundary Line of_ 7th S.W.; THENCE East with the South Boundary Line of Bonham Street, 140 feet to the Northeast corr.er of sai_d Lot 3 ; THENCE South with the East Line of Lot 3, 1.08 feet to a point, the Southeast corner of said Lot 3; THENCE West, 30 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 3, in the East Line of said Lot 2; THETICE South with the East Line of said Lot 2, 16 feet to the Southeast corner of_ said Lot 2; THENCE West, 20 feet to a point in the East Boundarv Line of 7th S.W., the Southwest corner of said Lot 2; THENCE North with the East Bourdary Line of 7th S.W., 124 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community DevPlopment of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zon.ing Map of the City of Paris in accordance vaith the provi_sions of Ordinance No. 1.710 and the land use map accompanying r.he same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinarces in conflict he..rewith are her.eby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
