<br /> ESTABLISHEL BY THE ZONING MAP OF SRID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PER14IT - AUTO FUEL
<br /> SALES (49) ON LOTS 7, 8 AND 9, BLOCK 1, NEAGLE ADDITION, QN
<br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO WILLIAM E. THOMAS, SR., SO AS TO
<br /> ZNCLUDE THER.EIN TFRRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A
<br /> COMMERGIAL DISTRI.CT (C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDAR.IES OF
<br /> THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO
<br /> FUEL SALES (49) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS:
<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br /> by the Zoning Map and Or_dinance No. 1710 of the City of
<br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
<br /> and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT -
<br /> AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same is hereby established
<br /> on LOTS 7, 8 AND 9, BLOCK l, NEAGLE ADDITION, on property
<br /> belongirig to WILLIAM E. THOMAS, SR., so as to include in
<br /> such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ANL SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO
<br /> FUEL SALES (GQ) the hereinafter described property, which
<br /> was formerly and is presently d.esignated as a COMMERCIAL
<br /> DISTRICT (C), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL
<br /> DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALFS (49),
<br /> be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the
<br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
<br /> Texas, and being Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block l, Neagle
<br /> Ad.dition to the City of Pari.s as shown on plat of
<br /> said addition of record in Plat Records, Lama.r
<br /> County, Texas.
<br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
<br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
<br /> change the Zoning Map Qf the City of Paris in accordance
<br /> with the provisions of Ordina.nce No. 1710 and the land use
<br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
<br /> provi_sions of this ordinance.
<br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
<br /> conflict her_ewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
<br /> immediately upon passage.
<br />
<br /> Passed and a.dopted by the City Council of the City of
<br /> Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
<br /> City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the lOth day of December,
<br /> 1984.
