ORDINANCE N0. 84-096 AN ORDINANCE ANiEP1DING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DTSTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERrIIT - AUTO FUEI, SAI,ES (49) ON LOTS 2 AND 2-A, C3TY BLOCK 98, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JESSE HALL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THFREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY BESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDAR_IES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC L'SE PERMIT - AtJTO FUEL SALES (49) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretcfore established by the Zoning Map a.nd Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTQ FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same is hereby established on LOTS 2 AND 2-A, CITY BLOCK 98, on propexty belonging to JESSE HAI1L•, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PER,MT_T - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) the hereine_fter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and that the boundaries of_ sa.id COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SAI,ES (49), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated withi_r the corporate limits cf the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey and described by metes and bourds as follows: BEGINNING at a point being the northeast corner of a tract of land heretofore convPyed to Jessie Lee Hall and Junior Ray Ha.ll by deed of record in Book 568, Page 666, Lamar County Deed Records, said point being west 306 f.eet from the west boundary line of Fourth 5treet Noxthwest and 53 feet North of the north boundaxy line of Campbel.l Street, a point in the south boundary line of the GC & SF F.ailr.oad right-of-way; THENCE in a southwesterly directien raith the south boundary line of said right-of-way 122 feet, r.iore or less, to the northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed Jessi_e Hall by Harold Smith in a deed dated September 6, 1984; THEPICE East, with th.e noxth boundary line of Campbell Street, 105 feet more or less to the southeast corner of sai_d Hall tract; THENCE North 53 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Da_rector of Cormlun.ity Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of r_he CitY of Paris in accordance with the provis?ons of Ordina.nce No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provi.sions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordi_r.ances and parts of orda_nances in conflict her.ewith are hereby expressly repealed.
