<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AA4ENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TE}iAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON PART OF LOT 3, CITY BLOCK 266, ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO 31 PROPERTIES, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT NO 3(SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUND- <br /> ARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on part of Lot 3, City Block 266, on <br /> property belonging to 31 Properties, so as to include in <br /> such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as <br /> a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO 3(SF-3), and that the <br /> boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same <br /> are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being fully described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the South line of <br /> Loop 286 N.E., said point being the most northerly <br /> Northwest corner of Lot 3, City Block 266 and also <br /> being the Northeast corner of Lot 2A, City Block <br /> 266; <br /> THENCE S 57° 09' East with the South line of <br /> Loop 286 N.E., a distance of 193.5 feet to a <br /> point; <br /> THENCE S 29° 28' West, a distance of 258 feet <br /> to a point; <br /> THENCE N 510 20' West, a distance of 50 feet <br /> more or less to a point in the East line of said <br /> Lot 2A, City Block 266; <br /> THENCE N 0° 28' West, a distance of 300 feet <br /> to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City af Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby exFressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
