<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. _ftttgl~_00~ <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) ON A 25.03 ACRE <br /> TRACT OF LAND LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE TEXAS AND <br /> PACIFIC RAILROAD AND THE EAST SIDE OF 12th S.E. STREET, ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO ANN MCKNIGHT AND BILL VAUGHN, SO AS TO <br /> INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICUL- <br /> TURAL DISTRICT (A) AND LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI); AND <br /> DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a MULTI-FANiILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1), be, <br /> and the same is hereby established on a 25.03 acre tract of <br /> land located on the South side of the Texas and Pacific <br /> Railroad and the East side of 12th S. E. Street, on property <br /> belonging to Ann McKnight and Bill Vaughn, so as to include <br /> in such MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) the <br /> hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is <br /> presently designated as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A) AND <br /> LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), and that the boundaries of <br /> said MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTkICT NO. 1(MF-1), be, and <br /> the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being a part of the Larkin Rattan and <br /> George W. Cox Surveys, and being property owned by <br /> the S. H. Pickens Estate; <br /> BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the East <br /> Boundary line of 12th Street South East, said <br /> point being in the South boundary line of the <br /> Texas and Pacific Railroad; <br /> THENCE South 83 Degrees 00 Minutes East along <br /> the South Boundary line of the Texas and PACIFIC <br /> Railroad a distance of 2011.0 feet; <br /> THENCE South 7 Degrees 00 Minutes West a <br /> distance of 120.0 feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE North 83 Degrees 00 Minutes West a <br /> distance of 38.9 feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE South 1 Degree 00 Minutes West a <br /> distance of 431.1 feet to a point for corner in <br /> the North Boundary Line of the Paris and Mt.- <br /> Pleasant Railroad; <br /> THENCE with said North line the following: <br /> North 79 Degrees 15 Minutes West 105.8 <br /> feet to the beginning of a curve to the left <br /> having a radius of 5779.6 feet; <br /> Plorthwesterly with said curve an arc <br /> distance of 748.1 feet to the end of said <br /> curve; <br /> North 86 Degrees 40 Minutes West a <br /> distance of 1091.9 feet to a point for corner <br /> in the East boundary line of 12th Street <br /> South East; <br /> THENCE North a distance of 460.0 feet to a <br /> point for corner; <br />
