ORDINANCE NO. _ftttgl~_00~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) ON A 25.03 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE TEXAS AND PACIFIC RAILROAD AND THE EAST SIDE OF 12th S.E. STREET, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ANN MCKNIGHT AND BILL VAUGHN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICUL- TURAL DISTRICT (A) AND LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a MULTI-FANiILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is hereby established on a 25.03 acre tract of land located on the South side of the Texas and Pacific Railroad and the East side of 12th S. E. Street, on property belonging to Ann McKnight and Bill Vaughn, so as to include in such MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A) AND LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), and that the boundaries of said MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTkICT NO. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Larkin Rattan and George W. Cox Surveys, and being property owned by the S. H. Pickens Estate; BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the East Boundary line of 12th Street South East, said point being in the South boundary line of the Texas and Pacific Railroad; THENCE South 83 Degrees 00 Minutes East along the South Boundary line of the Texas and PACIFIC Railroad a distance of 2011.0 feet; THENCE South 7 Degrees 00 Minutes West a distance of 120.0 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 83 Degrees 00 Minutes West a distance of 38.9 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 1 Degree 00 Minutes West a distance of 431.1 feet to a point for corner in the North Boundary Line of the Paris and Mt.- Pleasant Railroad; THENCE with said North line the following: North 79 Degrees 15 Minutes West 105.8 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 5779.6 feet; Plorthwesterly with said curve an arc distance of 748.1 feet to the end of said curve; North 86 Degrees 40 Minutes West a distance of 1091.9 feet to a point for corner in the East boundary line of 12th Street South East; THENCE North a distance of 460.0 feet to a point for corner;
