That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a General Retail District (GR), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on Tract l, and that a Multi-Family <br /> Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1) , be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on Tract 2, being part of Lots 2 and 3, City <br /> Block 319, on property belonging to David Glass, so as to <br /> include in such Genera"1 Retail District (GR) and Niulti- <br /> Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as a One Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) on <br /> Tract l, and a One Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2 and <br /> General Retail District (GR) on Tract 2, and that the <br /> boundaries of said General Retail District (GR) and Multi- <br /> Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are <br /> hereby established as follows: <br /> TRACT 1: <br /> Being all that certain tract or parcel of <br /> land situated within the Corporate Limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, <br /> a part of the Hiram Williams Survey Abst. No. <br /> 1003, and the Joseph Leach Survey, Abst. No. 524 <br /> and being a part of a 74.11 acre tract of land <br /> conveyed James S. Griffin by Deed Recorded in <br /> Volume 337, Page 287, of the Deed Records of said <br /> County and State and being further described as <br /> follows: <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the <br /> South Boundary Line of F.M.
