<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. _2-6~~5 -OI(3 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - SHOPPING CENTER (PD a) ON LOT <br /> 11 CITY BLOCK 287, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO TERRELL BOYD, SO <br /> AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY llESIGNATED AS A ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - SHOPPING <br /> CENTER (PD a) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - SHOPPING CENTER <br /> (PD a), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot l, <br /> City Block 287, on property belonging to Terrell Boyd, so as <br /> to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - SHOPPING <br /> CENTER (PD a) the hereinafter described property, which was <br /> formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of <br /> said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTP.ICT - SHOPPING CENTER (PD a), <br /> be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, and <br /> being a part of a tract of land conveyed C. W. <br /> Cothran by deed recorded in Vol. 307, Page 231, of <br /> the Deed Records of said County and State. <br /> BEGINNING at a stake for corner at the <br /> present Southwest corner of said Cothran tract of <br /> land; <br /> THENCE North along the East boundary line of <br /> 33rd S. E. a distance of 182.5 feet to a concrete <br /> marker fer corner; <br /> THENCE along the South Boundary line of Lamar <br /> Ave., as follows: North 61 Deg. 40 Min. East a <br /> distance of 143.2 feet to a concrete marker; North <br /> 87 Deg. 20 Min. East a distance of 55.3 feet to a <br /> stake for corner at the Northwest corner of a <br /> tract of land conveyed R. V. Free by C. W. <br /> Cothran; <br /> THENCE South a distaYice of 259.5 feet to a <br /> stake for corner at the Southwest corner of said <br /> Free tract of land; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 180 feet to the <br /> place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the zoning herein granted is <br /> conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan in accordance <br /> with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No. 1710, which after full <br /> compliance with the procedure established in Section 21 of <br /> said Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City <br /> Council prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> Section 3. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Nlap of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br />
