Y5_7 9~ g 5 1 _'A~ <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMEtdDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAIU CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> QNE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2, (SF-2) ON A 3.48 ACRE <br /> TRACT OF LAND LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE TEXAS AND <br /> PACIFIC RAILROAD AT THE WEST END OF BELLA VISTA vRIVE., ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO riCKNIGHT AND VAUGHN, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORI~IERLY DESIGNATED AS AP1 AGRICULTURAL <br /> DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING THE BQUNDARIES OF THE ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLIPIG DISTRICT N0 . 2, ( SF- 2) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the sar.ie are hereby changed, <br /> and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2, ( SF-2 be, <br /> and the same is hereby established on a 3.48 acre tract of <br /> land located on the south side of the Texas and Pacific <br /> Railroad at the west end of Bella Vista Drive, on property <br /> belonging to McKnight and Vaughn, so as to include in such <br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2, (SF-2) the hereinafter <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), a.nd that the <br /> boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DVJELLING DISTRICT N0. 2, <br /> (SF-2), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> TeYas, a part of the Larkin Rattan and George W. <br /> Cox Surveys, and being property owned by S. H. <br /> Pickens Estate; <br /> BEGINNING at a concrete monument, the North- <br /> west corner of Lot l, Block "A" of the Lamesa <br /> Heights Addition to the City of Paris; <br /> THENCE South 1 Degree 00 Minutes West a <br /> distance of 570.5 feet to a point for corner in <br /> the North Boundary Line of the Paris and Mt. <br /> Pleasant Railroad right-of-way; <br /> THENCE North 79 Degrees 15 Minutes West a <br /> distance of 284.1 feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE North 1 Degree 00 Minutes East a <br /> distance of 431.1 feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE South 83 Degrees 00 Minutes East a <br /> distance of 38.9 feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE Plorth 7 Degrees 00 Minutes East a <br /> distance of 120.0 feet to a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE South 83 Degrees 00 Minutes East with <br /> the South Boundary Line of the Texas and Pacific <br /> Railroad, a distance of 230 feet to the place of <br /> beginning and containing 3.482 acres of land, more <br /> or less. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />
