<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE T10. 83-020 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDIZdG ZONING ORDIPIANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY UF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING OR COMMUNITY UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) ON LOT 15, CITY BLOCK 296, ON PROPERTY <br /> BELONGING TO DARRELL COATS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRI- <br /> TORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - <br /> SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF <br /> THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING OR COMMUNITY UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT OP.DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING OR COMMU- <br /> PdITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PU-b), be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on LOT 15, CITY BLOCK 296, on property belonging <br /> to DARRELL COATS, so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOP- <br /> MENT DISTRICT - HOUSIPIG OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) <br /> the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and <br /> is presently designated as a PLANNED DEVELOPMEPdT DISTRICT - <br /> SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a), and that the boundaries of said <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING OR COMMUNITY UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT (PD-b), be, and the same are hereby established <br /> as follows: <br /> Situated withir, the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being further described as follows, <br /> to-wit: <br /> A part of the Joseph Leach Survey and a part <br /> of a 5.48 acre tract described in deed from W. A. <br /> Hanson to F. E. Griffis, recorded in deed Book <br /> 208, Page 54, of the records of Lamar County, <br /> Texas, and; <br /> BEGINNING at the N. W. corner of said Griffis <br /> tract; <br /> THENCE South with its WB line 314 feet, a <br /> stake in the NB line of Highway 82; <br /> THENCE in a Plortheasterly direction with the <br /> NB line of said Highway 150 feet, a stake; <br /> THENCE North 303.6 feet, a stake; <br /> THENCE West 148.5 feet to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> 5ection 2. The site plan of the property herein <br /> re-zoned, which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved. <br /> Section 3. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
