ORDINANCE T10. 83-020 AN ORDINANCE AMENDIZdG ZONING ORDIPIANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY UF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) ON LOT 15, CITY BLOCK 296, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DARRELL COATS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRI- TORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT OP.DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING OR COMMU- PdITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PU-b), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 15, CITY BLOCK 296, on property belonging to DARRELL COATS, so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOP- MENT DISTRICT - HOUSIPIG OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a PLANNED DEVELOPMEPdT DISTRICT - SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated withir, the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being further described as follows, to-wit: A part of the Joseph Leach Survey and a part of a 5.48 acre tract described in deed from W. A. Hanson to F. E. Griffis, recorded in deed Book 208, Page 54, of the records of Lamar County, Texas, and; BEGINNING at the N. W. corner of said Griffis tract; THENCE South with its WB line 314 feet, a stake in the NB line of Highway 82; THENCE in a Plortheasterly direction with the NB line of said Highway 150 feet, a stake; THENCE North 303.6 feet, a stake; THENCE West 148.5 feet to the place of beginning. 5ection 2. The site plan of the property herein re-zoned, which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved. Section 3. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
