HOMER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br /> FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND <br /> DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMNtERCIAL DISTRICT (C) <br /> AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) SO ESTAB- <br /> LISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore establzshed <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - <br /> AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same is hereby established <br /> on LOT 1F-A, CITY BLOCK 306, on property belonging to <br /> FRANKLIN J. HOMER, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTU FUEL SALES (49) <br /> the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and <br /> is presently designated as a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) and <br /> that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT , <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and he same <br /> are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being a part of the Reddin Russell <br /> Survey #786, and a part of a tract of land con- <br /> veyed Morris Kimbell by deed recorded in Vol, 578, <br /> Page 216, of the Deed Records of said County and <br /> State. <br /> BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the South <br /> Boundary line of Stone Ave, at the NNortheast <br /> corner of said Kimbell tract of land; <br /> THErdCE North 84 Deg. 33 Min, West along the <br /> South Boundary Line of Stone Ave, a distance of <br /> 99.1 feet to a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE South 42 Deg. 09 Min. West along the <br /> East Boundary line nf U. S. Highway 271 a distance <br /> of 70.7 feet to a concrete marker; <br /> THENCE Southerly along the East Boundary line <br /> of said Highway around a curve to the right a <br /> distance of 80 feet to a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE North 89 Deg. 11 Min. East a distance <br /> of 148.5 feet to a stake for corner in the East <br /> Boundary line of said Kimbell tract of larid; <br /> THENCE PJorth 2 Deg. 13 Min. West a distance <br /> of 120.3 feet to the place of beginning and <br /> containing 0.40 acres of land. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith ar.e hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
