<br /> Section 7. DEFINITIONS. That as used in this Ordin- ;
<br /> ~ ance the following terms shall have the meanings set forth '
<br /> x below, unless the text hereof specifically indicates other-
<br /> wise: ;

<br /> (a) The term "City" shall mean the City of Paris, in ~
<br /> Lamar County, Texas. '
<br /> ;i (b) The term "City Council" or "Council" shall mean
<br /> ~s the governing body of the City.
<br /> ,
<br /> (c) The term "Outstanding Bonds" shall mean the ~
<br /> P resently outstanding Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue ;
<br /> ~j
<br /> ~ Bonds and Certificates of Obligation of the City described s
<br /> in the preamble to this Ordinance. ~
<br /> ~a
<br /> (d) The term "Bonds" shall mean the City of Paris f
<br /> Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series ?
<br /> 1983, authorized by this Ordinance. j
<br /> (e) The term "Additional Parity Revenue Bonds" shall '
<br /> mean the revenue bonds which the City reserves the right to '
<br /> ' issue in the future, which revenue bonds may be either
<br /> `"Additional Bonds" or "Prior Lien Additional Bonds", all as
<br /> ; provided in Section 23 of this Ordinance.

<br /> (f) The term "System" shall mean (1) the City's entire
<br /> existing waterworks and sewer system, together with all
<br /> I; future extensions, improvements, enlargements, and additions
<br /> thereto, and all replacements thereof, and (2) at the sole
<br /> ~ option of the City, which may or may not be exercised in the
<br /> i future, the City's entire waterworks and sewer system, which
<br /> may be added to the initial System, and (3) any other
<br /> related facilities, all or any part of the revenues or
<br /> income from which may, in the future, at the option of the
<br /> City, and in accordance with law, become "Pledged Revenues" `
<br /> as hereinafter defined; provided that, notwithstanding the
<br /> ' foregoing, and to the extent now or hereafter authorized or
