<br /> ~ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 83-029 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP QF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) ON PART OF LOTS 2 <br /> AND 3, CITY BLOCK 319, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO OAK CREEK <br /> DEVELOPMENT, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR); AND DESIGNAT- <br /> ING THE BOUNDARIES OF 1HE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 <br /> (SF-2) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), be, <br /> and the same is hereby established on PART OF LOTS 2 AND 3, <br /> CITY BLOCK 319, on property belonging to OAK CREEK DEVELOP- <br /> NIENT, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> NO. 2(SF-2) the hereinafter described property, which was <br /> formerly and is presently designated as a GENERAL RETAIL <br /> DISTRICT (GR), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF°2), be, and the same are hereby <br /> established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being further described as follows: <br /> Being all that certain tract or parcel of <br /> land situated within the Corporate Limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, <br /> a part of the Hiram williams Survey Abst. No. <br /> 1003, and the Joseph Leach Survey, Abst. No. 524 <br /> and being a part of a 74.11 acre tract of land <br /> conveyed to James S. Griffin by Deed Recorded in <br /> Volume 337, Page 287 of the Deed Records of said <br /> County and State and being further described as <br /> follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a fence post for corner, the <br /> most Northerly Northwest corner of said 74.11 acre <br /> tract of land; <br /> THENCE North 89 Degrees 09 Minutes East a <br /> distance of 630.75 feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 179.0 feet to a <br /> point for corner; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 7.0 feet to a point <br /> for corner; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 727.94 feet to a <br /> point for corner; <br /> THENCE East a distance of 34.0 feet to a <br /> point for corner; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 175.0 feet to a <br /> point for corner; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 14.0 feet to a <br /> point for corner; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 125.0 feet to a <br /> point for corner; <br /> THENCE East a distance of 210.0 feet to a <br /> point for corner; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 172.12 feet to a <br /> point for corner in the North Boundary line of <br /> Center Street; <br /> THENCE South 89 Degrees 16 Minutes West with <br /> the North Boundary Line of Center Street a dis- <br /> tance of 636.10 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE North 2 Degrees 04 Minutes West a <br /> distance of 84.00 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br />
