~ ORDINANCE NO. 83-029 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP QF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) ON PART OF LOTS 2 AND 3, CITY BLOCK 319, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO OAK CREEK DEVELOPMENT, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR); AND DESIGNAT- ING THE BOUNDARIES OF 1HE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF-2) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), be, and the same is hereby established on PART OF LOTS 2 AND 3, CITY BLOCK 319, on property belonging to OAK CREEK DEVELOP- NIENT, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF°2), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being further described as follows: Being all that certain tract or parcel of land situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the Hiram williams Survey Abst. No. 1003, and the Joseph Leach Survey, Abst. No. 524 and being a part of a 74.11 acre tract of land conveyed to James S. Griffin by Deed Recorded in Volume 337, Page 287 of the Deed Records of said County and State and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at a fence post for corner, the most Northerly Northwest corner of said 74.11 acre tract of land; THENCE North 89 Degrees 09 Minutes East a distance of 630.75 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South a distance of 179.0 feet to a point for corner; THENCE West a distance of 7.0 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South a distance of 727.94 feet to a point for corner; THENCE East a distance of 34.0 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South a distance of 175.0 feet to a point for corner; THENCE West a distance of 14.0 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South a distance of 125.0 feet to a point for corner; THENCE East a distance of 210.0 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South a distance of 172.12 feet to a point for corner in the North Boundary line of Center Street; THENCE South 89 Degrees 16 Minutes West with the North Boundary Line of Center Street a dis- tance of 636.10 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE North 2 Degrees 04 Minutes West a distance of 84.00 feet to an iron pin for corner;
