ORDINATJCE NO. 83-030 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZOrdING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-RECREATION FACILITY PRIVATE (12) ON LOT 2, BLOCK P, MORNINGSIDE ESTATES PART 3, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO D. WAYNE BROWN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-RECREATION FACILITY PRIVATE (12) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF '1'HE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore estab- lished by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, arid that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-RECREATION FACILITY PRIVATE (12), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 2, BLOCK P, MORNINGSIDE ESTATES PART 3, on property belonging to D. WAYNE BROWN, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-RECREATION FACILITY PRIVATE (12) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), and that the bound- aries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-RECREATION FACILITY PRIVATE (12), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 2, Block P, of Morningside Estates Part 3 as shown on plat of said addition recorded in Plat Records, Lamar County, Texas. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map af the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
